Cleanup Master Slides
When your presentation is based on a template containing a lot master slides, it's filesize may explode because all master slides will be kept in your presentation. When your presentation has reached a final state, you can use P3Plus to remove all unused layouts at once.
In the Slide Master View right-click on one of the thumbnails:
and select "Remove unused Layouts". Now the unused layouts have been removed:
